The décor is by Pierre-Yves Rochon, the internationally renowned interior designer. The seasonal cuisine that showcases local products is handcrafted by students at Paul Bocuse Institute, under the guidance of Chef Cyril Bosviel and Jean-Christophe Garrault, the maître d’hôtel.

Cyril Bosviel, chef at l’Institut restaurant

After several years spent in the service of the French Prime Minister and in prestigious establishments such as the Hôtel du Palais in Biarritz, the Réserve de Beaulieu, and the Hôtel Métropole in Monte Carlo, Chef Bosviel now passes on his passion for gastronomy at the Paul Bocuse Institute.
