The décor is by Pierre-Yves Rochon, the internationally renowned interior designer. The seasonal cuisine that showcases local products is handcrafted by students at Paul Bocuse Institute, under the guidance of Chef Cyril Bosviel and Jean-Christophe Garrault, the maître d’hôtel.
